Shipping Method
We ship orders via 2-Day Cold Shipping within the United States. This is the only shipping option available at checkout to protect product quality.

Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following week to avoid weekend transit delays.

Shipping Days
To maintain freshness, orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following Monday.

Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Dessert jars must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
