Due to the perishable nature of our products, all dessert jar sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Approved issues may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Bouchée Savoureuse is not responsible for issues caused by shipping delays, improper storage after delivery, or failure to refrigerate upon arrival.
